Right lads and lasses, after the first class answers you gave about places to eat I want to pick your brains again.
I'm thinking of going abroad in the first week in April. Two adults and a 4 yr old, my only instructions are \"somewhere warm\". Obviously I don't want it to be overly hot or a very long flight due to taking The Boy. Not looking to break the bank so if anyone can suggest either locations or websites it'd be muchly appreciated as I haven't been abroad in years and even then it was Amsterdam for a day out!!
Go....

I wouldn't go to Turkey if you paid me. Full of chavs and cheap, gypsy shit.

  Pestering would be an understatement   but it was worth it for the experience we had :-)
Surprisingly, Germany's a very nice place to go. If you're after sun and see, obviously elsewhere would be better, but it's a lovely country to visit. We spent a week there a few years ago around Koln, one of the best weeks of my life.
