Is this topic to do with anything Red and White Hooped?

Their shirts look orange and white to me... :s

When will you be stepping up your announcements on developments at Rochdale?

I don't think we can claim that Blackpool aren't going to be ready for the start of the season any longer.

I just hope that Keegan and McCullough are the start of some signing activity.

Hang on. Blackpool sign 1 player and they are ready. We sign 2 and we aren't?

They have Paul Ince as their manager. They're not ready for the season.

I'm pleased we're making some additions, but I think we're a million miles away from a championship team, never mind squad.

This time last year we were even further away from having a team but we didn't do too bad did we?

The two leagues could not be further apart, in quality, whilst we have some players that can make the step up, more than half have no chance.

What about League Two and the Premier League?

Wasn't that also said the year we went up from the Conference?
Also the last time we went up from league 1?

Wellred - there's something very perturbing about all of this. Of late, I've noticed I am in agreement with a proportion of your posts.

I suspect it's you who has come round to my way of thinking...

Blackpool also signed Davis from Bristol City today. So that's two decent strikers at this level.
We signed a kid who has played one league game (for Cheltenham) and Keegan, who last time we were in the Championship looked like a fish out of water. In my opinion obviously.
Hopefully McCulloch will come good in a season or so and turn out to be a good signing.

The biggest issue for me Blackpool wise is they still have Tom Ince. I really, really, really hope he's gone before next Saturday

Exactly.
It seems that the opposition is rarely as good as we expect them to be.
I'm quite looking forward to reading the first match report of the "worst performance of the season", against "the likes of Doncaster".  :)
