Nobody is delaying a kick off of a few hundred people at most are queuing. It’s unfortunate if there is a software error but such is life.

I spoke to the club about 20 minutes before kick off. They were monitoring it very closely and they pointed out to me that the vast amount of people were already in the ground.

I couldn't ask them to do anything drastic at that point.

Get rid of this thread, it shouldn't be even on here after the achievements so far this season and today!

Btw I was one who was 2 mins late into the ground.... but who cares

The club was at fault ….they knew about the problem and failed to give advice to the waiting masses outside who couldn’t do anything until it was too late and got turned away from the turnstiles!!!!

Those that were turned away had season tickets for the East stand but trying to access the West stand turnstiles saying they had used them all season.

Waved straight through today in West stand no scanning of season ticket

I felt for the guy in front of me, we queued right along the road to the car park entrance, to get into the west stand 17-19, they then turned him away as he was further along the stand towards the north stand, he had to go & join another queue.
They could have had someone going along the queue informing folk tbh.

I don't get why people could not use the turnstile they have always used allmseason without an issue , but a few season ticket holder we well pissed off been told to join the back of the other queue
