His 1 year deal makes a mockery of recent statements again though.

Not really because he is 32. The 3 year contract plan was for the younger ones. Signing Peterson and Middleton on 1 year deals is a mockery

I think it is a good signing. But after the statement VSC put out about no more 1year contracts, and building on youth. then we sell husband . Some things just don't add up.

We had players who can score goals last season in Sharp and Macheda yet we still couldn't score for shit due to Dickov’s style. We finished as 2nd lowest scorers. Either way good record or bad record we won't score many.

Could he be the striker with most appearances against us without a goal? I'm just going from memory but I'm sure he's never scored against us. Must have played 10 times as well.
