If you're queuing for a coffee in the stadium, it could be quite a while lol

Officials admitted the lack of enough food outlets will have to be addressed. In addition to the queues many stands ran out of food before half-time.

"I got in line with 15 minutes left in the first half but the second half is about to start and I still haven't been able to order anything,"

No, not the Keepmoat...the opening game at the Manaus stadium in Brazil.

Got me thinking...has anything improved at the Keepmoat?

If you think things will change for the better anytime soon I'm sorry, that's just pie in the sky.

See what I did there?

The service in the East stand on Saturday was much improved. Centerplate are on a recruitment drive to improve the level and numbers of staff employed and talks have taken place between both parties to ensure the progress is marked.

If we keep the pressure on we will get there.

The Eaststand (North End) Kiosk's were opened to home fans to easy congestion.
They won't be available for the SWFC game , let's wait until after that game  and then judge on improvements.

West stand was much better and the two larger young ladies that served me were most pleasant ;)

Yes, there was a marked improvement on Saturday in East stand. I just wish the staff would speed up a little. They are just soooooo slow. But huge pat on the back to Dean for listening and taking action.

Not much to go on but my experience of the West stand south bar was encouraging.  I realise the gate wasn't big but the queue wasn't big and it moved quickly.  The guy who served me could string more than two words together and think for himself.  I asked for a steak pie and he came back with my pie but told me he couldn't be sure what type it was so invited me to check it.
It was one of the curry options so he changed it readily.

Basic customer service I have to admit and the very least we should expect, but not sure even that would have been possible before now.
