Not too sure on the 'born in Crewe, live in Crewe, die in Crewe' flag to be honest haha

I'm sure whoever owns the flag will go far with raw ambition like that.

I liked the idea of the flag, perhaps not the location mentioned though!

an excellent report and you capture the scene better than lots of journalists whose only job it is .

Well that's exactly it - it's their job to do it, so they don't really give much of a f**k. Mark writes because he enjoys it and because he follows Donny a little from what I gather.

I certainly do love it! I try and write the best I can so I get the views and people can see my work and it gets my name out there. The official reports will get views regardless of what is in there.

Did I imagine a disallowed goal in the first half?

You didn't, I just chose not to include it as the flag went up well before the ball hit the net, unlike the Brown disallowed goal.

Like it Mark. Thank you.

If you are willing to accept one bit of constructive criticism - read the penultimate paragraph again..... "Crewe failed to create any real chances, with their only real chance coming late on..."

That don't sound too clever does it?!

Cheers

Thanks for pointing that out, it certainly doesn't make good sense! Will amend that now.

Enjoyed reading it, although I prefer being behind the goal and not on a side. Just preference I suppose though.
