It seems to me that the Focus is on saving money.
It seems to me that the focus is on...................people that can deliver in their current functions.
Just my opinion but the areas we have struggled to look efficient in are being addressed. The old boys club much favoured by JR is finally being eradicated.
However Shaun was thought of as one of the 'good guys' due to IRWT.

In the past there was little evidence of structured strategies, action plans and monitoring in the organisation . There is now evidence of a much more professional approach to the way the club goes about it's business .Some folk adapt accordingly to having to plan and report their activities other than by an occasional chat to the top man which I suspect used to go on in our 'good old days' . Shaun 's leaving message in which he praises the people in the club is also very reassuring as is the club's recognition of him on DROS.
