I guess at 28 years old his next contract is a particularly important one for him.
Possibly his last shot at a 'big' contract as it will take him into his thirties.

drfcsteve says earlier up this thread that Biggo isn't really a proven League 1 player, but despite being with us for two seasons in L2 he's still played more games in L1 during his career to date.

Gabriel Tamas.

Actually did get a good clout in town one night which led to him playing with a mask on.

Absolutely top quality player. Arguably one of the very best defenders we have had on the books for last 25 years.

...and our esteemed manager at the time played him out of position.

And despite all the things that we do wrong according to some on here we have climbed to the fourth from seventh place biggest exporter of goods in the world in the last twelve months, and we are expected to overtake Germany shortly.
Now that is what I call a Brexit win, obviously the BBC and the Guardian didn't tell the unwashed. The armament industry is doing exceptionally well  which I am sure will please the lefties as plane loads leave nightly, and the banking industry has more or less left Paris and other European financial centres bringing their offices back to London, in fact my mate who works for Standard Chartered has returned to this country from Amsterdam and is working from home in a lovely converted farm house just outside Oldham with fantastic views over the countryside, said Amsterdam was getting well you know Ghettoish and not a place to bring up young children.

Got any links to those claims Selby? Because the independent appears to suggest we're in 28th place for world trade

As much as I like Biggins his resilience leaves a question mark for me (obviously we have a new fitness team in now of course) seems to miss quite a few games.
Still hoping he signs though

He has never looked happy on video and when interviewed and has not had much expression of love from fans either .

We might have only offered him a 1 year deal. He’s generally not been great for us but has shown over the last few months he can offer us something if played in a certain way.

He isn’t really a proven league one player so if we’re aiming to go up we might not want to offer him a long deal.

Could be anything. Could want more money, a longer contract, better bonuses, anything.

As good as he was for the last 2-3 months of the season, I don't think we should push the boat out. He's 28 now so probably just about at his peak. If you assess his contribution over the whole 2 years he probably wouldn't be offered anything, he's played his way into a contract offer towards the end of the season and fair play to him for that. I'm confident we could find a replacement though if needed.
