Simon Gillett interview

Goals from Simon Gillett are as scarce as hen's teeth – and the tenacious midfielder would have been forgiven for overdoing it a bit on the celebratory front when he netted in Doncaster Rovers' recent 2-2 draw at Watford.

It ended a long goal-scoring famine for the 24-year-old, although not as lengthy as some in the media thought!

More lazy primatism:

\"It was a moment etched in his mind and having got the scoring monkey off his back when it had long since turned into a gorilla\"

Monkeys don't turn into gorillas, they turn into bigger monkeys. Darwin is undoubtedly spinning.

LOL

Other than that obvious moment of FLJism, I rather enjoyed reading that.  Cheers, YEP Digital.
