Genuinely sorry if this is covered elsewhere, I did have a look first:
Can we pay on the gate at tonight's game, please?
-
You can.
-
Fab, thanks for your reply
-
But if you pay on the gate and it rains then they wont let you go undercover.
You can only take refuge from the bad weather if you have bought a ticket.
Happened last season in the cup game, we got absolutely soaked, but all those who had tickets got under cover.
Regards
Ray

I did contact he club the next day. They apologised for that and said they would change their instructions going forward. It will be interesting to see if they do.

Not strictly true.
My mate and myself had bought tickets in advance but had to stay out in the rain for the whole of the second half because there wasn't enough allocated seats for Rovers fans in the stand.
The stewards could easily have moved us into the next section which only had a handful of York fans in it and asked them to move along.
They weren't interested in doing that though.

McCullough off injured!. Blair Yule comes on
Rovers 1-0!
-
We should cancel pre-season completely and work on fitness behind closed doors
-
If Tommy Rowe gets injured I'm officially throwing a wobbler
-
Luke gone off as a precaution but you can't make it up can you. Shouldn't tempt fate but lets hope they get through the game without any further injuries.

He was definitely fouled!

Technically Blair Yule looks a very good player, always wanted the ball and with a bit of coaching could be a real find. Looks a bit lightweight and lost out on a few 50/50's. Might benefit from having a Keegan alongside him.
Was impressed by Marquis, Rowe and Blair tonight. Lund was my man of the match though, had an excellent game playing in a back 3. Special mention to Reece Fielding who replaced Butler and despite only been 17, looked like he'd been in the first team for years. Looked very composed and played some lovely balls out of defence, one in particular which started the move from which we scored the winner.
-
Agree about Blair.
I was impressed with Marquis workrate but not so sure about his temperament. Looks a bit if a hothead!
-
Back four will probably be Lund, Wright, Butler and Garratt.
McCullough would be a big loss. Keegan will probably play the base of the diamond role but isn't as good at it. Two of Copps, Blair and Calder on the flanks. Rowe at the point. Marquis-Cha-Cha and Williams up top.
Baudry, Alcock (probably RB) and McCullough are the three certain starters we'll be missing.
My guess is that only Keegan and Wright will be involved on Friday evening, and probably for no more than 45 mins.

Our fitness levels are going to be appalling for the start of the season. Must be some reason for the amount of injuries we are getting? Not warming up properly? Not training properly?

Bad luck, the injuries we have are mostly impact injuries aren't they?

What about McSheffrey?

Bench. He might make it anyway.
