I remember he scored a goal from near the corner flag almost on the line.I dont remember who against.

He was a winger wasn't he? If he's the bloke I'm thinking of my main memory of him is that he had thighs like a rugby player!

I remember watching him away at Feethams once. He was a glorious crosser of a ball but he was about as quick as a one legged man stuck in a barrel of cement. I had the impression that Billy Bremner didn't really fancy him as a result - even though he created the winner that day.

Blonde mullet to be precise. He was decent. Used to link up well with Billy Russell down the right
