I also served as a shop steward Acko and there were times when we couldn't report to members because discussions were ongoing.
There was one incident where people we're so fed up of not hearing from the union that they shot themselves in the foot and accepted a lower rise than was going to be offered.

I don't recall sm ever saying he hates jr or that the sun shines out of the boards arse acko! I do recall him raising valid questions however and not excepting at face value what jr said or indeed what the current board have said! Which were answered in very different ways - as secretary of the vsc, sm has (with the backing of the vsc board and most members - but not all) been at the forefront over the last 2 years of doing exactly what the initial vsc set up was aimed to do - nothing more or nothing less!

For me, SM  is digging a hole for himself . He has digs at JR but never said a bad word about this board ,even now in the mess we are in .He has never once put any facts on the table , just the fact that he knows and we don't . This forum and the club is only going one way.

I agree that JR maybe spoke without thinking too often, but there is a happy medium to be struck. I'm sure the current board won't have the opportunity to "behave inappropriately" given they never say anything at all!

we have no communication at all and from what I see and read on here I have come to my own conclusion that people have come from being normal supporters in the stands to people who are up there own arse and become yes men and not bothered about us the regular supporter who in fact pay a lot of money and continue to pay a lot of money and get frig all in reply
people need to realise whos this club is and where it would be without us

i am not nieve enough to thing bramhall listens to anythjng people say weather its on here or meetings with vsc i doubt hes ever listened to anybody in his life.but surely a voice from the chairman giving dickov the dreaded vote of confidence if they are happy with what hes doing,its the norm in football before you sack a manager,but this silence can only lead to conjecture

January 1st or January 31st? I only ask cos you see the longer 'we' procrastinate, the further we sink & the more we end up 'panic buying' the next incumbent. Then there's the small matter of January's transfer window, are you really wanting to hand that possible window of opportunity to PD?

Can't think off top of me head, but don't know one club in the country we're the board consult with fans and tell them what's going off behind closed doors. Indeed I think the fans are always the last to know. Might be wrong? If not what right av we to demand

Acko, you've had plenty of answers to all your questions, your problem is you don't pay any attention to the answers you're given and carry on to the point of ad nauseoum.

You are still making the point that I hate JR and as I said before I don't hate anybody, if you have proof them produce it.

But bear this in mind, during the SC takeover bid I tabled, on behalf of the VSC, 18 questions that would give us some idea what the buyers intentions were. David Blunt answered every question he was asked and went into some detail about what their plans were for the club.

Unfortunately the same questions to SC had a different response. The only response I got was several solicitors letters threatening legal action. Not only that they threatened to sue me for substantial sums of money. I could give you much more detail about what else they threatened but to be honest I doubt you'd pay any attention.

So, if you think I'm sat on one side of the fence then you're right. But I must point out to you, there is no other side of the fence these days. You can pin your hopes on some kind of miracle but you're wasting your time and everybody else's.
