Summaries (25.07.21): (for anyone remotely interested)
This is a moving target, so it would need to be re-checked when the ‘window’ closes, but, for now, it’s a guide to the business done in L1 as of July 23rd.
(Info taken from East Anglian Times)

Biggest turnover of players so far:
Ipswich 30, of which 22 were outgoing. No loans incoming as yet.
Morecambe have had 24, of which 12 were outgoing
Portsmouth have had 22, of which 13 were outgoing
We had 19, of which 12 were outgoing
Biggest number of contracted players brought in so far:
Morecambe - 9
Burton, Ipswich & Wigan - 8
(We’re on 5 at the moment)
158 players released
95 loan players returned to their clubs
115 players acquired contracts
23 loan players brought in so far

Takeaway from this is that 253 players have left squads, and 138 have been brought in. I make it we’ve lost 11 and brought in 7 (8 if you count Seaman) which suggests we’re actually slightly ahead of the average.

The way people have been going off, you'd have thought we were on the verge of having to pick players up at service stations in a minibus again and that no one else was in a similar position.

Ah, the old Expectation/Reality paradox. It's funny that it always appears each July, isn't it?

Personally pretty pleased with what we have done so far, would be great if we could afford Reed sounds like he's class. At his age too potential for resale value.
Then loans will get used, sounds like he's waiting for later in the window for them to become free/cheaper
