We played Pompey and the Gate was 7618 (1121 Away Fans) meaning a home attendance of 6497
We had today 8481 and I was told 1141 of them were away fans so that means we had 7340 local fans 843 up if my Maths and the Bantams 1141 are right
We have been averaging 6582 - so where did the 850 ish come from. Dont know but win and they will come :scarf:

It's not just about winning though is it - the footy is good to watch .

Keep winning and people will keep showing up and bring more friends and family.
People will always go and watch a winning side. If we carry on like this we could easy hit 8500 home fans before xmas

Holiday season is nearly over and the football should keep the numbers ticking over nicely hopefully not too long before we get a 10,000 plus gate.

Sunderland at home on 23rd Oct is a guaranteed 10,000 + gate. They will bring over 3,000 even on a Tues night.

And given the relative league positioning that's shaping up to be an absolute belter of a game. Honestly didn't expect us to be this close to each other when the season started.

Are we still counting all those corporate and sponsor tickets where no one turns up? In some respects that doesn’t matter as the ticket sales revenue is better..

Clearly a decent home crowd yesterday. I expect if we can keep up performances crowds will go. The games have not been dull either.

And there lies our best marketing strategy to bring more supporters in - play decent football and win games..!

1298 Bradford fans but still a healthy Rovers fan increase.

Been taking my lad for last 8 or so years , not religiously but several times a season. To be honest last couple of years he's been bored and drifted into being a plastic city fan as kids do. Took him yesterday and he really enjoyed it and wants to come again. No point pretending marketing can do it, if its worth watching they will watch

Just spread the word. When it’s 20 odd quid it’s got to be worth it and right now it is

Kids are the future - get under 16’s in for £1 as long as they’re accompanied by a full paying adult

The ground looks awful on highlights, we have lost part of the east stand, looks like we lost part of the west stand if attendances don't improve, and the black banks all but dead
