Brentford Train Tickets
« on February 10, 2013, 07:52:14 am by sheffield exile1 »
Get them quick is my advice, Spent 2 hours last night trawling the sites. Deewe dah train went up as i was looking quite considerably as i understand dee dah wendy is in town that day also. So that got me thinking i wanted to be with my own anyway as i hope its our promotion party. Didn't get em cheap but acceptable and times to suit, not 6.45am train down as some have booked. So anyone going by train get booking and lets have a cracking day out, win, lose or draw !
Best day out  ever in London for me was Wimbledon away, Nimmo sent off when he came on as sub. After the match, Chelsea drug Store, music to bang your head to,and a request for the rovers fans in there. Last train up with Hull rugby fans who thought we were hooligans as we were footy, but ended up sharing a case of beers with us, oh and we did our imperialist thing with a certain South American country too if i remember over an island thousands of miles away!

Sounds like same train as our squad, only we're doing it from Retford.

Well didn't the prices shoot up over the weekend? I checked Friday night and it was £88.40 for 4 adults and 1 child. Checked again today for 4 adults and 2 children (had another addition to the party) and it was £141.40 for same train (6:23 Doncaster. 20:00 London Kings Cross) so bought them, still works out at less than £30 an adult so not that bad...

Still happy with 38 quid and a lie in.

has been mentioned before in another thread tube to south Ealing but about 15-20 min walk or tube to vauxhall or then train to brentford overground station which is then 5 min walk at most behind the away end, still able to use your underground ticket though

In that case,  it's definitely the train to be seen on.

There are engineering works from Peterborough heading east out to Norwich on that date, starting at 8pm and extending through Sunday.  Nothing on the East Coast mainline.
