Nice, very nice to get a late leveller. Deserved or not. Scunny will be gutted.

They had twice as many efforts v Gillingham last Saturday and lost 3-1. Shot their bolt?

Stole a point there, but good to see that we are now playing from whistle to whistle and not stopping or taking the eye off the ball when 90 mins has passed

Criminal. Deserved nothing, but in fairness managed to hang in there. Classy finish in the end from Alfie.

f**k it. We've had our share of points nicked off us at the death so happy to take this. Becoming hard to beat is a good trait to have.

I agree with you  , we didn't deserve any thing , but DF thinks differently.

DF | I thought @alfie_beestin was outstanding tonight and he earned us a deserved point, his performance shows that he should be in the team #DRFC

Kinda frightening that he thought we deserved anything other than a 5-0 defeat. Anyway, great point!

I’d have to be honest and say Scunny were the better side. However it’s the final result that gets you the points, not the performance. I thought it was a pretty absorbing match but my nervous system is shot to pieces.

Not pretty but a point is a point.  How many times have we played teams of the park and lost, nor under SOD but we have a lot so accept it when it happens to us so A GREAT POINT in my eyes

I spared myself the first half and just watched the second half. In the cold light of day after the event we looked half decent although Scunny did what we do when a goal up and sooner or later something will drop and Alfie got himself in a great position and executed the header brilliantly.

It seems the injury jinx has returned so we're taking one step forward and one back, literally.

If only, we could overcome the nerve jangling periods when we self inflict basic errors.

I'd love to know what motivational statements DF has pinned to the wall at Cantley Park but 'Keep Calm' can't be one of them!

I sat in the scunny end (never again) what an awful scenario I found myself in when we scored.
Anyway their fans thought we were very good and played decent football.
I thought we only played well in the last 30 mins, whiteman should've done better twice and they only scored cause of lawlors clanger

Completely disagree. Lawlor called keepers, then completely missed it. 100% Lawlors fault.

Wright was fouled just before Lawlor messed up.
Lawlor did drop a few other clangers tonight but also made two or three top saves.
The game changer was bringing on Garrett and pushing Rowe up the pitch.
A good substitution.
Alcock was terrific and should start on Saturday.
Another late goal is good and they do even out over a season.

Garratt and Rowe do seem to link up well when they both play. Surely they both have to start on the left side on Saturday.

If we don’t bring in a centre half we have only got Wright and Alcock so he’ll start.

Andy Butler looks to be out for the season and Baudry done his hamstring.

Just makes you wonder what on earth he was thinking playing Rowe at left back when he has one on the bench...

I sat in the scunny end (never again) what an awful scenario I found myself in when we scored.

I did the same the year we were 2-0 down and came back to draw 2-2 with a goal in the last minute, think it was Leo. I couldn't help celebrating but nothing nasty happened, probably helped that I was with my brother who is built like a brick shithouse.

My reaction was one of a weirdo. Without thinking about it i stood up and started shouting f**king hell at top of my voice over and over i think i was attempting to look angry. But i just looked like I had Tourette's
