Very few within our means. I am surprised that Mutch and the lad Coleman from Everton have been allowed to get to this stage without new contracts. Both are well thought of at the current club(s)

Giles Barnes - Enigma that he is, when he was at Derby he was the next big thing, lost his way but would be a great signing for any club in the CCC, if he is given the right tutoring.

Looking at the list it may not be upto date as it states Gary Neville(retired) and Pascal Chimbonda(left Blackburn) are at the end of their contracts.

Never noticed the date, but have now, 19th January 2011, so some of those may well have been offered new contracts now

If not I'd be having a gander at both Giles Barnes and Simon Cox from WBA.
Colin Doyle and David Murphy at Brum.
Stephen Crainey and Paul Rachubka (plus Euell) at Blackpool.
And our old friend Iain Turner at Everton.

Surely players of this calibre could be enticed to the CCC, maybe not for us, but certainly worth investigating!

One of the most interesting things about this is Milan's bosman list...

Flavio Roma, Alessandro Nesta, Marek Jankulovski, Clarence Seedorf, Andrea Pirlo, Massimo Ambrosini, Filippo Inzaghi.

Some old faces there, the decline of Italian football on the European stage being backed up if they all retire!

wouldnt mind giving west hams hines a try, only 22 years of age. surely could do us a world of good with the lack of striker we have got.
