Premier League Managers: UK/Foreign

Just looking at the Premier League Table. Am I right in thinking that, for the first time in (how many?) years, we have more homegrown managers, than from abroad, i.e. 11: 9?  That’s the good news...the not-so-good news is that of these eleven, eight of them occupy places in the lower half of the Table, whilst it almost certain that two will be relegated at the end of this season.
It is also a good bet that promotion from the Championship will see this split reversed to 9:11 in foreign managers’ favour.
