We’ve bought Copps on but started lumping it long. Brainless.

Classic league 1 this.  We've played ok but since they scored we've been really poor and panicked.

Also shows the lack of depth with the injuries. Not much anyone can do on that.

It’s got really scrappy, even lacklustre. Possibly a bit of a reality check after the two excellent results last week.

Stolen points, looking at the stats you would say it was an easy Rovers win, the best stat says otherwise

Not helped with the ref falling for every fall that Crewe do

Didn’t take our chances when they came

Ref has been very gullible.

The chances produced should have been converted into goals. Not good enough today, Rovers have to make it pay on Tuesday.

Definitely. Soon as he knew he'd got away with it he got straight back up like Lazarus.

Well, I used to have a soft spot for Crewe. Mo doubt they are a good side but second half the gamesmanship was a bit much. The referee was weak. But, we really didn’t deserve anything today. Far too wasteful.

A little unlucky today - a few half chances which go the other way on another day.  Doncaster were the better side but not quite enough quality.

It just goes to show that any team can beat anyone else in this division..

How does the ref miss that?!

Poor after their goal I thought.

But that ref was shite, clear penalty for me.  Got me a telling off for language in front of the kids too.

Lot of unforced errors today even though we had lots of possession,
Not the end of the world though, we can get over this minor blip and start again....

They were well drilled and their passing was more accurate when it counted

More disappointed with how we played in last 20 minutes as just started lumping ball forward. Need to take chances as Wigan game proved

No, it wasn’t..

Lacking in places yes, but poor, no..  that word gets used far too much in my opinion.

For what it’s worth I believe we may have done better f John had started in place of James, but we will never know..

No surprise to any long standing fan. We have long lost games that we were expected to win after good performances.

He isn't, he's 2nd/3rd choice.

I wasn't impressed with him at all today but it's the first time I'm saying that. We were spoiled by Dieng last season, and were never going to find someone else as good as him to come in in my opinion.

No doubt I will get slated but I would give Louis Jones a run of games.

Bursik has got away with having very little to do in other games or shots straight at him.

Tbh nobody covered themselves in glory today

That’s a very subjective statement....

They all had good parts to their play and bad parts..
When it was working we looked camped in their half then that thing crept in...they scored against the run of play and took ahold of the game....not sure how they managed to wrestle it from us so emphatically but they did...
They looked composed and passed to feet, we looked harried and hurried, and over thought the passages of play...

I’ll blame the weather in so much as far too many passes went astray

Sims and Gomes were he stand out performers for me..

As for the GK, if DM wants to pick Jones then he’ll get my support, and so would Bursik.

I won't be slating you, because I understand why anyone might want to see Jones brought in.

I think we learned with Etheridge though that dropping a keeper every time he has a bad game can have a really detrimental effect on the player and then the goalkeeper situation becomes very difficult. For me, Bursik should keep his place unless he goes on a run of wretched displays.
