Paul Gerrard - an experienced keeper having played for some top clubs including in the Prem.

I've no idea of his coaching abilities, or how they are compared to Butler, but I suspect he may be an improvement and as such something that will help a higher quality keeper choose us.

Sad to see people dissing a new signing without knowing the facts.

If my mind serves me correctly didn't he have his back room staff taken away from him which was part of the reason he left Oldham?
