Pity it only took the EFL 12 months to punish them
Can imagine Wycombe are comforted by the EFL suddenly realising they’ve got some b*llocks

Not next season though. More like Prenton Park for us.

How cold is it in Doncaster today? Heard it’s -3 in Derby.

Good old CDH. Still living in hope we get relegated so he can say I told you so! He’s going to be so, so disappointed when we climb out of the bottom 4.

We won't get relegated if Wellens does his job properly for the remainder of the season will we? Then we can all celebrate.

It is interesting that it took the Administrators (who I expect get paid relatively modestly) to accept a solution. It does not guarantee that football can be protected from unscrupulous owners in the future. Unless something more fundamental happens they will continue to hire very expensive lawyers. They continue to give the impression that they can successfully find grounds to “win” any civil case, however difficult the ordinary football fan will find the outcome to square with fairness.

We live in hope that the Fan-led review will deliver something really watertight. The danger comes when/if they put it out to “consultation”; then, the lawyers begin to try to build in loopholes perhaps dressed up as “safeguards” that they hope will be capable of exploitation. Will a fair system ever be possible whilst football is associated with making money, especially in foreign ownership?

Reading are probably next given that they have spent 200% of their income over the last few seasons
