If you train on something softer all week then at the main event play on a hard pitch in comparison you will get injuries.

But like training for a marathon on a treadmill and then going on the road in London for it for the first time

Is Cantley Park softer than the Eco?

I’ve played on the Keepmoat pitch a couple of times. It’s not as hard as it used to be.
