So what result do we want?

I'm going for a Sheff Utd win.

Likewise please, anything other than a Brentford win would do nicely.

It doesn't really matter if we don't win on Sat, but for what it's worth I'll go for a Blades win.  Simply because they have more games left in which to drop points than Brentford do, and also our result vs Brentford may only be important for the championship and not promotion.

If I have got it right, Should Sheff Utd win tonight, and we win on saturday, Sheff Utd would have to win all their remaining games (including saturday) to overtake us?

Yes - they would get 85 by winning all.  If we win on Sat we have 84, so even a draw for the Blades is not enough should we win.

A draw fro Brentford however would mean they can get 84, including if they beat us, then it's down to goal difference - which is why I'm calling for a Blades win tonight, followed by a draw on Sat ;)

A heated match that results in many injuries, many fights and see not only suspensions but also point deductions for both clubs.

With Kitson on the pitch, you might just get your wish :)

I'd like a Sheff U win too tonight, completley knocking Brentford out of the equation providing we win on Saturday.

From this I cant see Sheff U winning ALL of their remaining fixtures so hopefully that side should take care of itself.

I've got a funny feeling Bournemouth wont win on Saturday too  ;)

Apparently Sheff U v Bees is being televised Live on Norwegian TV (TV2 Sport Extra), so if your local boozer has got a hooky satellite dish*, you can see for yourselves what you're up against.

Either way, couldn't hurt to find such an establishment, partake in a beverage and find out!

As long as blades win tonight then drop points on sat and we win on sat we are promoted but if bournemouth drop points on sat then we are league champs

Jake Reeves fouled by Dave Kitson, the ref awards a free kick. Free kick taken by Tony Craig.

Dave Kitson challenges Toumani Diagouraga unfairly and gives away a free kick. Harlee Dean takes the free kick.

Only 11 minutes in. How is he still on the pitch !! Come on ref.

Sounds like his pace is worrying... we'll have to watch out with our back line on the last day. Hope he gets sent off.
