Atrocious referee! Just Atrocious. Robbery
Ref has levelled it up after that joke/clown/total waste of space Olowu has done his very best to give a penalty away
Are you watching thr game, it was Faal

Played decent there. Snapping into challenges a bit which was good to see.

Crikey, Rovers have played really well, been at them and on front foot.
Unfortunate to be losing.
If we attack they can’t put crosses in which we will concede.
Oh and by the way Joseph is a lovely lad but he’s a very very poor defender… fact as Benitez once said, so no I don’t ’have it in for him’

Good performance, Sterry and then Faal at fault for the goal, but it was good wing play to fool Sterry!

We are well in this, but current form and luck leaves me with that familiar hunch, we will get a sucker punch.
Well done lads for that half, more of the same and hopefully we’ll be ok.

Mo Faal jogging around all game, possibly keeping warm? Made no attempt at blocking the goalscorers run behind him.

Much more positive from the rest of the boys though. Biggins still MIA though
Olowu much better tonight

filo in the last few weeks you have slated half of our team so a bit rich coming from you, or are you just looking for a argument as normal

Still improvements to be made but defo better than the Notts county game. I’d like to see a bit more urgency. First instinct is still to pass it back and Bailey/Senior/Close slow the game down
I think they are playing with fear. Let loose the shackles and go for it

They showed a couple of replays and as far as I can tell our goal was disallowed for absolutely nothing.

Faal at fault for their goal and almost giving them a penalty. I'm guessing this is why we've tried to avoid playing him on the wing until now.

Olowu has done well, not put a foot wrong and has dealt with Akins comfortably so far. Really poor to see several people trying to scapegoat him already.

I think we've played well, we've been the better team and made the better chances. Baffled as to how we're not at least level.

Keep nice and solid and we could pinch a result in this one.

Biggins is the only one I’ve slated, and for good reason, oh and Anderson because he’s gone at the game

Let's build on that first half. A bit more belief and bury those chances.

Much better.

Apart from the one lapse at the back post, looked solid at the back. Just missing that spark in midfield but way the best performance for ages so far tonight

This is so much better. Just a shame Faal let his man go for their goal. They don’t look like a team 20 league places better than us.

If you disregard the season so far and just think about the game on its own you would say that this is the way to get beat if you are going to lose. Need to keep trying to play and believe we can score.

Barnsley winning at Peterborough 2:1.

Irony is that all scorers are ex Donny players.... Kane, Cole and Clarke-Harris

Probably because he hasn’t got half an eye on Anderson

Weve been excellent that half.
Olowu hasnt put a foot wrong and has snuffed out everything around him. Looks a defendwr tonight, better when he isnt at the side of anderson.
Faal fell asleep for the goal but since then i think he has been better, maybe somekne has had a word in his ear.

Need to get more balls to molly. Him and sterry looking dangerous.
Carry on like this and we can get something out of it.
Nice to see some hunger back in the players

More possession, more shots, more corners, fewer shots on target.

Hmm........

Not much on the bench like so we will probs get killed towards end of the 90 mins. But just hope to see us continuing to compete a bit.

This is much much better, & whatever the result has to be a bench mark for the rest of the season.
