Anyone know how you pick them up?

I ordered one on line 6 weeks back. Money went off my card and my Club Doncaster account says I have DNA membership. But I never received an email confirmation and I've not received the card in the post (which I'm sure it said was the delivery method when I paid for it).

Any ideas anyone?

I had trouble getting mine but there was a dedicated Lady to Contact at The Club. Have a look on DROS and I will look in my Emails

She sorted me in days
