A great win today, much needed. Good luck to the Donny fans running in the Donny 10k tomorrow!

Good time, well done. I didn't do it, lost any motivation I had for running at the moment. I've entered Brighton Marathon in April so hoping that gives me the kick up the arse I need to get training again!

Fair play Dave. Marathons are different gravy - 10k is my limit. 👍🏃🏻

44 for me. 2 months without training so wasn't too bad. Way of my best but enjoyable.  Wish I was fitter but it's given me incentive again.

I went to cheer my son on and the other runners,  he did it in 44.07, that should inspire me to start my own training. I did the St.Leger half marathon in 1984, I'm not sure if my trainers are still stitched together.

Brighton is a good course, I feel like I have unfinished business with it. Hope to run it again one day when I am not fat!
