That Ronaldo gezzer in Spain would be worth a punt, but he might be a little on the old side for the young Rovers team we have.

I’ve just heard from a sheff Utd fan that I work with. Apparently we are interested in Ched Evans.

Alright Rhys.

I'm not much of a scout myself but, much like Selby with his touting of Harrison McGahey and Cannon of Rochdale, I did like the look of Wimbledon's Lyle Taylor when he played against us the other week. The kind of mobile forward we might be after to help out Marquis, although we may not even be interested, who knows.

I'd like us to sign Tom Anderson permanently if it's financially reasonable, and we really do need a specialist right back and a central midfielder too.

Harrison McGahey and Cannon of Rochdale (Free), Tom Anderson (Free), Houghton/Alex Woodyard, based on Strachan saying we will look at a big forward then it would be Tom Eaves (don't think there is any chance though), if not then maybe a punt on Akinde.

Tom Eaves is awful.

Dynamic midfielder who can get his foot in and male things happen. More Wellens than Stock. Bit of bite but also drive.

Anderson
Right sided player who can fill in at fullback and be first choice Right Sided midfield player.
Left sided midfielder
Both midfield players should be able to get stuck in be able to play in different systems. Most of all have a goal threat.
Physical but mobile striker again a goal threat.
That’s 4 minimum.

Would like two more but doubt it will happen.

Definitely Anderson and a striker to partner JM.

After those 2, my absolute priorities lie with midfield and, like the above poster, they would both be wide players and not young lads who are still wet behind the ears. There has to be an input to creativity whilst also maintains a solidity.

For me, next season, Copps and Rowey should be sharing the tip of the diamond, assuming we are stuck with that formation.

It really all depends on the ‘b’ word, though.

You want male things to happen when he gets his foot in? you know you can do that at home pal.

Suggesting random foreign players for no reason other than the fact that he's either heard of them or they're free agents hahaha.

Throwback to that time he genuinely thought we should sign J Lloyd Samuel from I think an Iranian club.

Sonny Bradley is out of contract at Plymouth certainly a defender we should look at.

A full back that can preferably cover both sides, a centre half, a ball wining midfielder, a creative midfielder/winger, 2 strikers.  So a minimum of 6 players for me.

I'm sure Andy Butler would like to get a look at him too after getting a crack in the back of the head from him earlier in the season!

I could never understand what he was saying, Dude; his writing was absolute gobbledegook.

I hope that's true, Rhys; he might be a bit of a kn*bhead, but we'd only be paying him to score goals, and he certainly knows how to do that.

I would. Only because of his record since he came back is a bit average.

I’m not saying sign him or not.

Since 2009 he’s played at league 1 level until he came back in the Championship. But his best record was at league 1 level with Sheff Utd. That’s where he scored the majority of his goals.
But that was 6 years ago.

I've just checked, and apparently Ched Evans is under contract until 2020, so unless they transfer list him, it's a non-starter. Also, Sonny Bradley is being offered a new contract at Plymouth.
