Another ex Rover should really have been sent off. Sam Johnstone saved outside the area and for me it was going in.

f**king boring, that. Christ knows how Johnstone wasn't sent off though. Deliberate handball.

Any but boring, a defensive master class from both teams

He is indeed. He claimed absolutely everything over the 2 legs. Got lucky with his moment of madness in the 87th minute, though.

Fulham will turn Villa over no problem.

Been reading some Boro fans' views on Twitter, it seems they think it's time to get rid of George Friend. They seem to think his legs have gone (he's only 30!) and has been in poor form for a couple of years.

Boro have had 2 shots on goal over both legs - that's garbage in any league and didn't deserve to go to wembley.

I also thought Friend was pants in the 1st leg and a little bit less pants in the 2nd leg. He's lucky that Boro treat him like one of their own now, otherwise he'd be out the door next season I fear.

Boro’s (Pulis’!) approach was very poor. I know it was game over when he swapped Assombalonga for Bamford. He should have. Brought Gestede on at HT and gone two up top.
