I see the naughty little scamps aren't allowed out to play tonight....lol..

I love the way this is being touted with pc shock horror...I thought it was a given that the general thought is that linesmen/women know nothing about the off side rule thing.

I'm sure if this young woman is tough enough to get thus far in such a male dominated area the whimsical musings of a couple of middle aged has beens will bother her not one jot.

You've just got to laugh, haven't you. Programmes like Loose women take the piss out of blokes constantly yet what's the consequence? Nowt, because 'sexism' has gone on since the beginning of sex itself.

...And anyway, they're women, so they're allowed!

Sky Sports have a fine and noble tradition of upholding an egalitarian and modern approach to the portrayal of women in football.

...and the only thing men could come up with to feel smug about was the bloody offside rule.  :(

Humm and here was me thinking he created men to move paving slabs.....  ;)

God created man so women don't have to........

God was also kind to man, when he made him he gave him hands so he would never be lonely.....

And god may well have made man perfect, but only because women let them think that.....

wonder what they said .Could hazard a guess but probably get kicked of by pc brigade.Whatever it was they should sort it out amicably over a nice cup of tea as long as the bird makes it of course.

You know, though, they didn't let them two commentate on the match tonight, yet page 3 will still be there tomorrow in the Sun. Isn't that a bit hypocritical? (not that I'm complaining - or that I ever buy that \"news\" paper!)

God had the last laugh though because he created something on a woman that looks like a donkey yawning.

It amazes me that those two talentless gimps have managed to forge out a lucrative career on Sky Sports for so long.

Thank god I dont contribute any of my hard earned cash to help line those two idiots pockets.

Andy Gray and Richard Keys shouldn't be sacked. They are part of Sky Sports' football identity and if the company does sack either of them, they will risk losing that identity they have built up over the last 20 years.

Besides, a lot of people will agree with what they said. It's only this equal opportunities/PC b*llocks that has got women more involved in football in the last couple of decades.

And if anyone wants another example of this \"sexism\" in football, think back to how hideous the commentary was when that female commentator did a few games on Match of the Day! How many people had something to say on that issue, what could be interpretted as sexist?

What the two idiots said was that a qualified official doesn't know the rules, purely because of their gender. What the fcuk must they think of women who merely pay to watch the game - that they know absolutely nothing about the game? Is that what you think as well, seeing as you're defending them? As for being part of Sky Sports football identity, way to go to alienate a big part of their audience. I bet Rupe gives them a massive bonus for it.  :side:

Next...what, pray, is wrong with women being involved in football? What is b*llocks about it, apart from men feeling somehow that their masculinity is being threatened? Surely anybody who can bring something to the game (in this case, a qualifed linesperson) is welcome?

As for your \"example\", so one woman is a crap commentator. Are you trying to tell me that from this ALL women are crap commentators just because they're women, and that no male comentator is crap because they're men and therefore can't be?

This is your CV example for trying to get a job on the Daily Mail and you don't believe a word of it, right? The logic is so crap that's all I can think it is.

It seems like as good an excuse as any to pension these two off and bring in some young blood, it wouldn't be before time.

Aye, maybe Sky should take a leaf out of channel fours book and set on a couple of gay presenters to replace them. At least then any sexist remarks will be deemed as acceptable!
