I'm 21, first ever full time job after a few temporary jobs, its an apprenticeship so on a pretty low income. I also have another but it is as and when required. I work minimum 37 hours. Can i claim for it? And how much would I get. Plus can I claim for backpay?
Thanks

Pretty much sure you have missed the boat on that one. Everything is changing you can check it out on here..
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/taxcredits/start/who-qualifies/workingtaxcredit/index.htm
Looking at it you have to be 25 to claim.. for now, if universal credit does come into force however tax credits as they stand will no longer exist.
sorry to be a downer..
Congrats on the job tho
