Was it JJ who came in from the left and put over the ball for Taylors goal? after a perfect dinked through pass from the youngster Copps coming off the left.

Must admit, I'm leaving the match pass purchase a little while longer just in case!

Would imagine you'd just get access to the rearranged fixture stream?

Second time I've used it, got the stream on but I still couldn't tell you quite how. Easy to navigate to purchase but after that they could make it more obvious how to view imo

Should be at least 3-0 up at half time. Missing far too many chances.
DM wanted us to be more ruthless. Well we have been anything but.
Best team by far but we have to score when on top.

Just hope we don’t pay for those missed chances 2nd half.

We paid....but the young ones needed to see how it’s done....a good first half and a poor second is something to work on....

Clichè game of 2 halves! We looked brilliant first half. Plenty of chances created. Taylor with an absolute sitter.

Second half just very poor and frustrating from the kick off. Disappointing.

Exactly what I feared.
If you don’t take chances you usually pay for it.

Wigan kept the ball very well 2nd half.
Apart from the goal and 1 save by Bursik no chances created at all 2nd half.

Disappointing result but Wigan look a decent solid side.

The second half was dreadful,
Couldn’t string 2 passes together
Hopefully just a blip, but that second half wasn’t good enough.
The last 5-10 mins we played like we were 3-0 up no urgency at all

Can’t expect to win games away from home when you don’t take your chances. Need to learn that fast really. Not the end of the world, we’ve played 2 of the relegated sides away and won 1 of them. Should have got something today.

Terrible second half. Shocking passing and no urgency whatsoever. Three points thrown away as far as I’m concerned because Wigan were there for the taking. Very disappointed

You have to take the chances when they are presented to you, the ones we had in the first half were not that hard to take, it just needed a bit of composure.
in the second half we were second best all over the park, and as their commentators said the surprise was taking Coppinger off, at which point we lost all semblance of being organised.
JJ was completely dominated by Naismith and I hope learnt quickly from the experience as he will find out little flicks and fancy footwork will get that treatment five games out of six in this division.

We look like a team with no half measures at the moment. We're either brilliant or utter sh*te.

We saw both aspects today, in a game of completely different halves.

Taylor's miss was unbelievable. Why on Earth didn't he hit it first time when it was on his stronger right foot?

As for John-Jules and Taylor Richards, definitely their worst game yet in a Rovers shirt.

Tbf with the Taylor chance it wasn't the fact he didn't hit it first time, with the work he did he put himself in a great position and was a sitter not to just slot that in corner.

I thought John-Jules did some decent work today, although he did fluff a very good chance in the first half.

Gomes and Richards on the other hand...

I was surprised Fejie was’n brought on at half time For John-Jules or at least much earlier than he was.
He got no joy from Naismith as you said Brian and we needed to hold the ball up. We seemed to lose control 2nd half and surprisingly looked disjointed. Think some credit needs to go to Wigan as they did a job on us.

They only created 2 chances in the whole game and managed to win it.
That’s a huge lesson to our team today and I am sure DM will not be happy at our squandered opportunities to score.  3 of them just needed a bit of composure as you said Brian.
