Hartlepool away in Oct. Stay in Newcastle for the weekend.  :thumbsup:

I remember one year we were playing Carlisle so we went past it another 7 or so miles to Scotland and Gretna Green. Found a cracking little boozer and ended up supping with some Newcastle fans.  A great day. Rovers drew 1-1. I think it was the day the national lottery stated cos we made it back to see the draw in the Sun Inn.

I got my scarf nicked at a Hartlepool match in the 70's. Knitted red and white - damn those thieving.....
