Yep. My heart was in my mouth when the keeper made the save and spilled it. Seemed to take an eternity before JM lifted it over the prone keeper.

I feel drained after that.

The 30 minutes from 55 to 85 felt like about two years.

Thought the whole of the second half the clock was on a go slow, speeded up nicely after it went to 2 nil though

Gosh have i got to do that all over again next week.  :headbang:
Pleased i do though of course.
Very well done to the team today and also well done South Stand the volume was pretty good. Not too many silences today as is the usual.
Just a shame about the morons letting of smoke bombs and being disruptive by standing at the front.
Why oh why can’t we eject the lot of them from the ground.
They are not wanted they give the club a bad name and quite frankly in my opinion are a disgrace to the human race let alone DRFC.

We started dropping deeper around the 60 minute mark, half an hour is a long time to hang on, glad we got the second, but when we drop deep like that we need an outlet, we didn’t have one today

Never in doubt was it! A couple of times it looked like we might concede too much space but we kept fighting and forced them to make mistakes. Marosi only had one save to make and tidied up everything that came his way.

I was quite calm during the first half and enjoyed it.
After the break though, even though Coventry didn’t really over worry our defence, my stomach butterflies were very very active.
Massive relief when John knocked that one in.
I actually expected the ref to find a reason to disallow it🙈.

A very solid performance from the team today and ever player contributed.

I knew straight away that it was disallowed so I was ok.

I had a feeling it was offside but I had a horrible feeling that it wasn't going to be ruled out - then I noticed the assistant's flag held aloft and firmly packed the shite back where it came from.

There were limbs all over the shop after the first goal though. Unreal.

Coventry played some quality football but came up against our brick wall and created very little, great noise after our goals, the loudest I have heard at the Keepmoat.

Yes he was but he seemed reluctant to give us any free kicks when it seemed that players had obviously been fouled.

To be fair to him, he kept the play moving for both sides. He didn't seem to want to use his whistle and let the game go on. One of the better ones definitely.

He is a Championship ref and has done very little League One this season. In a high pressure game you could see the difference compared with the dross we are usually left with.

I thought the ref was excellent. Best I've seen for some time.
