New Signing?
« on January 31, 2011, 05:43:59 pm by foreverArover »
Just been training at cantley park with my mens team and saw 2 flash cars drive towards the training ground. We were at that end and looked over to see who we thought was O driscoll and Dave Morris? from one car. And from the other an older bloke maybe an agent and Neil Killkenny! We were all adamant it was him so maybe a last minute deal?

Isn't he with the Australian squad for the Asian Cup?

As for Kilkenny - I highly doubt he'd come here to be honest. Chance of Premiership football at Bellend Road, as well as us being \"rivals\" so to speak. Unlikely. Hope I'm wrong.

To add fuel to the fire, Leeds are in talks not only with Southern but Pratley from the Swans. Kilkenney could be surplus and we know SOD admires him.

I was thinking about Kilkenny the other day noticing he's not getting in the Leeds team regularly, and wondered whether SOD would be making enquiries.

We then signed Keegan, so just assumed he was off the radar.

Just wondering if this is an insurance policy against losing Stock ?

No problem RJ although it's as much wishfull thinking on my part. Leeds are also looking at Danns.

Hmm.. Isn't it some time in February that the loan window closes? we have a chance of a loan deal, maybe with the view to a permanent move.

Kilkenny is away with australia playing in the asia cup , hence why he isn't in the leeds team, and with the final being on saturday i'd say he wouldn't be at cantley park today. sorry

No Wilts not the same ones, smoke and mirrors along with all the rumours that go along on days like these.

Final was almost 3 days ago so no reason why he can't be back in the uk now

The Leeds fans I talked to think he will play for them tomorrow, getting late now so doubtful there is any truth to it.

The final was Saturday night our time and didn't finish while around 7pm following extra time and a very protracted award ceremony. Very much doubt if there's anything in this although, as someone has said a loan deal might be arranged later!
