As some of us know Brighton play literally in Lewes (nicknamed New Brighton - anyone remember the Original "New Brighton"
Cardiff by the way are 19/1 to beat Liverpool at Cardiff on Sunday NOT FOR LONG
Liverpool must be $hitting themselves
Cardiff must now be favourites to stay up ??

Brighton play in Falmer which is a district on the outskirts of Brighton. Its about 8/9 miles to Lewes.
Don’t understand your post it doesn’t make any sense but then most of your posts don’t.

one of the rarer programmes for Rovers League matches ?

There are some interesting connections between Rovers and New Brighton's two Football League clubs. The first, New Brighton Tower, were members of Division Two in the late 1890s/ early 1900s. They were owned by the company that ran the New Brighton Tower, a rival to Blackpool's tower. They had poor attendances and on the eve of the 1901-02 season they suddenly went out of business.
Rovers had been the highest placed of the non-elected clubs at the Football League AGM. Rovers were invited to take Tower's place in the League. They did so and finished 7th in Division Two.
In 1923 Rovers and New Brighton, a totally different club, were the two clubs elected to fill two extra places in Division Three North. New Brighton were not particularly successful and after finishing bottom of D3N in 1950-51 they were voted out and replaced by Workington.

Looking at Brighton's remaining games, Cardiff might only need one more win.

I hope Cardiff go down after all this farce with the Sala transfer fee, although that's another subject altogether.

that's what i said in the opening post the Cardiff team are 3/1 ON to be relegated but amazingly "divided" Brighton (Brighton is in East Sussex and Hove in West Sussex !!) are 5/2 to be relegated

None of this has any relevance to anything to do with football though??? God you talk some crap.

If they beat Liverpool they'll make a lot of people happy. Although 19/1 still looks skinny.

Disagree,I think 19/1 is a big price for any premiership team at home.
