Hooliganism is considered a working class problem generally but many that get involved with it are from the middle and professional classes. It doesn't seem to matter how rich or liberal that country is...it still happens. In Canada it seems to happen at or after Ice Hockey matches.

Sweden is not the utopia of Volvo's, Ikea and leggy blondes that it's often made out to be - it has some pretty deep-running social issues, including unrest due to high levels of immigration, which led to rioting last year.

Downfall with swedish society is that at the moment you can not
Get a conviction only on cctv footage as it needs  major input from  a witness  or more Than one witness.

What is normall for Police to do with groups Of football hooligans like in
Norway is to arrest all and sundry,lock them up and fine every one 10,000kr which is about £1200 i guess.

The hooligan firms in norway will have Their own bank  accounts and have fund making Events like a Soul night in A pub.Charge everyone 200kr to Get in with no free passes and the firm takes the door money and pub had
Sales on beers .

I worked the door on last event only last week as it was called a 'kick off party' since the league season started week after.

Must have Been over 200 People in the pub all that paid 200kr about £25 to Get In.money gets put into bank then used to Help pay any fines etc etc

The music This nite was ska and Even had a local ska band called phantoms who are tied in with the Oslo firm who Get paid by the pub.
