You can guarantee that any initiative, offer or statement from any EPL club and definitely the EPL itself, is solely and exclusively self-serving in the interests of making more money. Most laughable of all were those who came out against the absurd. ‘European Super League’ nominally in the interest of the good of the game, but in reality because other pigs had their snouts in a bigger trough and they did not.
