Messi got a good whack in his gob Madrid went 1 goal up and Messi scored a great goal while munching on half a big roll soaking up the blood from his whack.

Pretty boy from Madrid only got upset cause Messi scored not Barcelona.

And why is it when either Messi or pretty boy score the commentator first response is ' he is now the best player in the world '

Now the mongger on the PA system spouting what sounds like frozen seagull mating calls all throu the first 45 mins.this must be a European thing to try and rally the home crowds I think .

It certainly WAS. It kept me awake - as it had my attention for sure !

Great to see Casimero (spelling guessed) who fouled non stop v Bayern the other night - and got away with it - being taken off last night after narrowly avoiding being Sent off for the same !

Some of his fouls were not fouls or maybe not that bad but if he dishes cynicism out again and again the Ref will obviously be "clouded" in his judgements - which of course he should not be !

Was pleased to see the great one also not being able to hit a Cows a**e with a Banjo and I was pleased to see Barca beat them even though I lost having RM to win with both Teams scoring (in a double) with Man City beating Arsenal with both scoring. Would have paid close to £50 for a £5 note whereas I guess the actual results would have paid nearly twice that. (My betting brain is "on the Beach)
