We are desperately lacking a leader on the pitch

Don't panic... there's a huge black cloud over the ground about to drop it's contents on the pitch

It's a struggle isn't it?

It's nights like tonight I doubt Dickov's the right man sometimes.  But, we've a lot of players out I guess....

Peterson is a striker.

It's night like this I wish our owners would invest in the team.

It does make me laugh at people's reactions on here to a defeat.

Listening to PD he's looking down the table not up, I agree with him, we have more to fear from below

Just being realist boys, I said it last time we went down, albeit a bit later. All the same signs for me.

I am surprised you find it amusing  that we have needed championship defenders for four weeks and PD cannot get them because he is being held back. Tonight's result is not good but he is trying to improve the side and at the moment he cannot, let's hope before Thursday evening he can.

I don't think he is, if anything he's far more positive than he should be.

Listening to Dickov, it has nowt to do with being allowed to sign anyone, it's to do with other clubs not letting their players out on loan so close to Xmas period.

Yet another unsubstantiated statement,  being held back.....

Eh well. That result was written in the stars the moment the original match was called off.

Take it on the chin and move on. If someone had offered us 4 points from the last 3 matches, I'd have taken them. We're not going to be strong this season (especially with the injury crisis). We're looking to scrap and pox out way to 46-48-ish points. We're currently just about on target to do that. We're not bad enough to be basket cases. We're not good enough to stay up comfortably. It's going to be a frustrating and unpleasant ride.

If you're up for the ride, buckle up and deal with it. If you're not, get your moaning out of your system now and shut the f**k up for the rest of the season while the Mesters deal with it.

With key injuries, which we're bound to have during a season, it was always gong to be a tough ask.

Let's get a bit of perspective. We're not in a good place at the moment and we've got to get through a number of fixtures by patching up the team. Syers scored again tonight, so the sooner we can get him or others back to give us an energy boost the better.

I think PD must just concentrate of working on the basics and not getting ahead of himself by constantly changing formations etc. Discipline is another area he needs to get a grip of. No cheap free kicks in dangerous areas. No petty pulls and pushes and silly bookings.

Let's hope we've got some mesters to deal with it eh, the ST holders will be there regardless I reckon, so we are allowed a bit of a wednesday grumble from time to time.

I personally don't care if we get relegated, it's fun times next season when we win most games hopefully.

Ups and Downs. Stuff the in betweens.
