Blackpool v TLO Doncaster
« on January 25, 2014, 10:29:07 am by bobjimwilly »
King Billy is back!

But I've just checked and we've never kept a clean sheet and have only won once at Blackpool in our history!

Does anyone else thing we can do it today? I reckon 2 nil Rovers - Brownie and Billy!

Well, did our new dawn start last week? Will the Billy factor inspire us to even greater things?

Today will be a test. Never great conditions at Blackpool so I expect more muck and guts required today rather than the slick passing game we enjoy.

Difficult to judge what frame of mind the Blackpool players will be in, so perhaps important that we get on top early and play on their anxiety.

I'm going for a 2-1 Rovers will Blackpool coming back and throwing everything at us in the last 10 mins.

With Blackpool in diabolical form, and our away record being so dismal, I feel that the first goal will decide who wins this one.
I'm confident that we will come away with the points today though. The signings Dickov has made, and our injured players coming back has given us a new lease of life, with morale at the club high again.

I'm going for a comfortable 2-0 over a depleted tangerine squad. If Ince plays I can imagine him being a sulking miserable so and so - he is going to be weary of Hubby who gave him a clatter back at the keepmoat.

I'll take a clean sheet as top priority and then, please god a goal from Billy, or anybody, even an own goal but let's have those three points.

They are mullering us! Could be a case of being mega gee'd up with the manager change and that they'll run out of steam at some point.

Forester was a live wire last week and linked up play very well and I think he'll be missed. Sounds like we haven't got going at all yet. Let's hope Blackpool run out of steam and we can get a grip on the game.
