This was a romanian first league match, Sibiu - CFR Cluj. Sibiu scored a perfect goal but the gk from CFR, Beto (now is the first gk at Sevilla) feigned a foul against him, but nobody touched him. Just look this video

referee gave foul at this and canceled valid goal
