All Rovers, but I’m afraid we are not taking our chances. Lincoln have had 3 shots and 1 on target (which was a mistake by Copps in the build up).
It’s being played like a training match.
Sadlier needs to start pulling his socks up - not a good half from him.

Akinde always shoots low and usually with very little power so if the keeper guesses correctly it is an easy save.

Really good performance against a strong Lincoln side, completely outclassed them and the goal from Alfie was first class.

i was listening on the internet on radio lincolnshire pre-match (before they blocked transmission) that's what they said about 5 minutes before the start -- a bit earlier they told Cowley there would only be 200 Rovers fans - so they actually upped it

Great performance all round and I know the trophy isn't to every bodies liking but who's going to turn there nose up at a potential trip to Wembley?

Seen as we are out of the league cup this will be one of only 2 chances of getting to Wembley the other being the play offs.
Yes the under 21 teams have ruined the competition and should have added the conference teams and made it a preseason tournament but maybe it wouldn’t have been cost effective but more fans would have shown up to games
