Lads at work have mentioned theyd like to venture down to the Keepmoat to take in one of the Mighty Rovers games but still feel put off about the not being able to pay on the gate or the possibility of having to queue at the ticket office, just a thought but couldnt they put a batch of tickets in each of the programme sellers booths say  100 tickets a piece for the east stand,just another option,thoughts?

on a slightly different note, whats stopping them getting tickets in advance of the game? why is pay on the gate so important? or do they live quite far away?

Be too much much money then if they started selling ticket from there and you don't get a queue at the ticket office now till about half 2 anyway now

even if they live faraway they have still got the option of ringing the ticket office and collecting from reception or booking online and having them posted

of course they could buy a season ticket and have 23 glorious days of entertainment B)

It's very easy to buy on the day now including the buy over the phone and pick up on the day option.

was thinking it may also catch a few sat on the fence,spur of the moment,who its a nice day type of person,50 tickets per booth correct monies/no change given type of thing,and if they dont sell no love lost!

I've suggested to the club setting aside 500 unreserved tickets for the northern block of the east stand (up near the away fans) which could be sold on a first come first served basis from one of those little white programme seller huts.  also, maybe season ticket holders could exchange their ST for one of those tickets on an ad-hoc basis if friends were coming to the odd game, so they could all sit together.

No answer as yet, but it could also double as a singing section, as raised elsewhere.
