Catering again

What a bloody shambles.
Went to queue on 40min as the young un was hungry and wanted some chips.
I thought going 5 min early before HT would guarantee him some food.
When I finally got to the front of the queue the second half had kicked off and missed their goal.

Then, no chips…. Unbelievable Jeff!

The kiosks weren’t even open at 2-15pm in the West Stand

The food certainly tastes better at least.

The chips can be a bit oily at times though.

The West kiosks at North end weren't but I was in my Seat before 2 pm (yes I'm a nutter) and three of us all got drinks , even though at that stage there were slight queues at the West kiosks at South end

Is it going to be a case of new personnel each week who have to be inducted and trained or coached each game or will we get some continuity ?

Had the same experience Mush.

In the South stand 30+ mins to get served, loads just left the queue, otherwise I doubt I would’ve seen the second half at all. I missed both of their goals.
It will not happen again!

I take it those complaining on here about the catering, have contacted the club to complain or are they just bumping gums on here?

Clearly I picked the wrong queue then, as I say it was a good 25minutes to get to the front to then be told there was no chips.
Everyone around me was very pissed off.

If the catering company ever want to make any money then they should get the turnstiles open at the North end of the West stand.

Yes, I got served in the West just before second half kick off when queue had disappeared by then.

The Pepper chicken and chips was excellent. Crispy chips and chicken and a bit of heat with the peppers. A good size portion. However, I've tried it, enjoyed it but won't be paying £7.50 again. It's above what I consider value for money, although I say the same when I go to my chippy these days.

The shutters went down in the West stand due to a fire alarm about 2.13pm
They were down for a few minutes.
