Rovers 1  Ipswich 2
McGoldrick - he's had a lot of efforts on target

At least Williams got a goal.  But another game without success...

Aye, at the risk of grapes most sour, I'm not bothered about a cup run. Appreciate that there's money to be made and all that, but would rather we focused on the task in hand: the league.

Seem to have played well enough (though it looks like they seriously came into it towards the second half and BFG kept us in it), and we've scored a goal. That'll do me.  :scarf:

Don't think this game had much of an impact on PD's future, win or lose. Saturday is the main one, lose that and I can't see him being here by Monday

Why is it a big problem assuming we lose this game, Ipswich are a top championship side and we took them to ET.

There is no need for excuses if we are beaten by a better side?  The issue for me is the performance itself leading up to Saturday.

It's time to get a squad of 20 decent pros not a makeshift team with 4 or 5 games gone,it's ok being little pub team but that should not be the case

Their 2nd was a great header - poor marking on the cross

Yet including the 2 tonight, that's 7 decent pros injured at the moment.

Dickov must enter the loan market, immediately.

He needed to along time ago but he said he was happy with the squad so I ask again is he happy with it or does he have to make do?

He can't be happy now, can he?  Forrester, Tyson, Mccullough, Jones, MacKenzie, Keegan, N'Guessan all out - Of course he won't be happy

If everyone was fit, or almost fit, yes maybe. But not now, especially Forrester and Tyson.  Why do you keep making comment on the budget?

Idm as a rule I generally agree with your posts but you seem to defend the club or the manager no matter what, having such a poor bench and not a senior right back at this stage of the season is awful

We've too many first choice players out. Just have to plug the gaps with a couple of top class players - I'd say more but there is a limit to how many players we can have. This will cost but without that we will struggle over the next few weeks.

Eeeek! Wellens feeling his hamstring  :s

Reckon our manager might be looking for a reaction after this.

Because most of them were injured and he still said he was happy with what he had, so either there is no money or he is happy what is it?

Turned out a poor result. We're so soft and don't have the fight.
