Where am I defending the manager?  Injuries aside, I have always agreed we need a RB, and I say PD MUST get loanees in now.

All I am saying is there has been no comment from the club, or PD, or media speculation about the budget situation.

I'm not worried about tonight's result.

Looks like he didn't get a reaction after all.

Because most of them were injured and he still said he was happy with what he had, so either there is no money or he is happy what is it?

Or he has made reasonable offers but the asking price is crazy. Or there could be other reasons. Careful with having too narrow a view. I know you know you're just guessing - just saying :)

Anyone actually at the game able to report how we played, compared to the last 2 games?

It's time to get a squad of 20 decent pros not a makeshift team with 4 or 5 games gone,it's ok being little pub team but that should not be the case

Yet including the 2 tonight, that's 7 decent pros injured at the moment.

Dickov must enter the loan market, immediately.

If having this number of players injured means we're not competitive then we haven't got enough players, and/or we don't have the right staff to keep our players fit and healthy.

We seem to have this every season though?!

I'm concerned about this too. I'm not convinced at all that the pitch isn't at least partly responsible.

It would seem so, yes BRR:

Important this doesn't turn into a tanking now. Performance hasn't merited that at all. #drfc

Exactly, and not knowing the extent of several injuries this is where we must get more players in, and as soon as possible.  What PD does, or doesn't do next, will be very telling.

Thought we ran out of steam at the end and after going 2-1 down hadn't a clue how to get back into the game.

Williams ran and ran
Stuckmann kept us in it at times, looked as though he thought there second was missing and let it go in.

A lot better performance , which was good to see

Can we actually shoot on target ?

4 times out of 14, according to the BBC

I looked on the bbc website to check the stats and of the L1 and L2 clubs playing last night only Notts County with 6 had more shots on target than us.

What is needed is clinical finishing and/or creating good chances.
It must be better to convert two goals from two on target than say have a dozen on target and score none.
