Ground's running on the backup generator. I believe they want the game to start at 3pm because they're worried that the generator might run out of juice before the electricity comes back on.

Blimey, 47 in here today! I noticed a good few twitching when Gills scored, reckon we've got some away fans in here. No need to hide, we're a friendly bunch in the Lucky Pint  :boxing:

I feel calmer going behind with Ferguson in charge than any of our previous managers.

The points are allocated at the end of the game and the players seem to realise that under Ferguson.

Ah, Middleton now on the bench - I thought we'd missed a trick there with not having a sub for the bench ready.

A tough test, but like DRNaith said, it doesn't feel so bad since we've had Fergie as general.

Agree about Fergie. Dickov was all about drawing and losing, so every blummin' point was a prisoner. Now I half expect us to come back or - at the very least - win the next game. It's a weird sensation, this.

So we're a man short on the bench I take it ? BBC has only 6 names for sub's.

I'm confused - who replaced Main on the bench? Pretty sure 7 were mentioned on Player - BBC still behind?

Absolute rubbish so far. Best we can hope for at the moment is that the diesel for the generator runs out.

Worst performance under Fergie so far, in my opinion.

Defence shaky, Keegan being found out, Evina looks like he's seen David Bowie in the crowd, and Main is playing worse than Jimmy Saville in a crèche.

All in all shite, give em a bollocking Fergie!!!

Lots of huff and puff,  but the final ball has either been lacking or the shot has been high/wide. Gillingham keeper not had a save of note to make.

We've had the better of possession and territory though,  so just need to Polish up on that finishing. Gillingham are organised and strong but I think there is still a win in this for us.
