Not expecting much activity our end, but I thought it'd be wise to have a single thread regarding all transfer news for today, thus clearing up the forum.

Ferguson trying to get Lund and Cedric out on loan. Lund for only one month though. Suspect Cedric will be longer.

He was talking about getting four out on loan. As well as the two mentioned Reece Fielding and one other. Maybe Longbottom?

Just saw a tweet, rumour is Alfie Beestin going on loan to Wrexham for initially a month. A good move for him if it comes off, it will giving him much needed experience

Well Liam Hoden has tweeted saying he will hopefully have some new draft news to bring on the Doncaster Free Press Live blog within the next hour.

I see Mansfield have signed Alex MacDonald from Oxford, on loan. However, my Mansfield-supporting colleague at work tells me the big rumour there is that Matt Green maybe going the other way! They do have enough strikers but I would have thought him going would have an impact on their recent good run.

Lund and Fielding look likely to be going on loan. As they will be going to non-League sides the deals don't have to be done today.

He's good enough, but I think the loan rules now mean we'd have to loan him for the rest of the season. A National League side is going to get a cracking defender for a month.

I'd say he's better than most of our players. We'd score a lot more from crosses seeing as he's better at crossing than any other player we've got.

He'd cost too much in wages anyway and we won't sign him.

He was better but is he now? Why are Birmingham happy to release him.
Yes of course they are 2 divs higher but not convinced he is as good as when he was last with us.
