All stands open.

Ticket sales seem to have been brisk lately. Expecting in excess of 5000.

Talking to a couple of Wendy fans who went to Barnsley last night and asked them if they're going and they said no. I asked why Barnsley and not Rovers. Answer. They fear a tonking !!

Sun did get in your eyes but its common sense imo to only open the stands that are needed.
Whats the point in paying extra staff when there not needed.

on the keepmoat website you can still buy tickets for anywhere , if they didnt want to use the whole stadium then they shouldnt have been selling tickets for the other parts so its there fault , so i think if you have a ticket for the south stand then you should be able to sit there .

i can see this being a right cock up if they tell people with tickets for other parts of the ground they have to go into the west stand , cos your gonna have to keep moving when people with tickets turn up and your sat in there seat .

At the Baggies match , we were told that it was unreserved seating . Therefore unless you get an awkward sod ........it shouldn't present a problem.

the problem occurs when not everybody is told its unreserved seating, eg I wasnt told for the west brom game, so i just sat where the ticket said. with the tickets being printed on the spot you'd think theyd have a system in place that could print \"unreserved\" on the ticket instead of the actual seat :S

Now what are the chances of an awkward sod turning up at a Rovers game? Odds on?    :)

There were a few stand-offs at the West Brom game with those coming through turnstiles being told to sit where they liked only then for the prawn sandwich brigade with the guest passes to turn up after kick off confronting people in the comfy seats.  They were told (politely) where to get off... some long faces I can tell you.

Can you pay on the gate?/ buy tickets on the day?

I am looking forward to seeing Heffs - although he wont be the same in a Wendy shirt...

Don't mind us winning 10-1 if Heffs gets their goal...

Tickets will be on sale on the day.  I think the TO is open until maybe half an hour after kick off.  Could be wrong on that last point (I know the club shop does that), but you can certainly buy them on the day.
