We have got a guy in doing management training at work today and his course case study is how Doncaster Rovers got promoted into the Championship. I’m not actually on the course but I’ve spoken to the guy. He said a management consultant was brought in at the time to structure the clubs processes. Jim I think the guys name was. He is working with Lincoln at the minute. Some very interesting stuff.

We had him at Wall last year but it was 'Destination League 1'. It would have worked but for Rotherham being so shit.
